Sarah & Kyton's Uraidla Elopement

Sarah & Kyton’s wedding was simple but elegant, with gorgeous details and personal touches. A celebration of getting to marry their best friend, with their closest family members. It was important to them both to involve their families in their special day, as they became husband and wife and started the next exciting chapter of their lives.

Sophie & Russell's Elopement at the Adina Treasurey 1860, Adelaide

The Adina (Treasury 1860) in Adelaide is such a cool and iconic building, full of history and with it’s very own tunnels hidden beneath. A really cool spot to elope if you love classic SA architecture and the soft trickle of a fountain behind you. Kate and I adored marrying these two, watching the love and adoration written all over their faces for each other. Such a special moment and a joy to capture! In Russell’s own words, “about bloody time!”

Riley & Nick's Elopement in Port Elliot - for Just the Two of Them

We love a good old fashioned elopement, it feels so romantic when it’s just the couple sneaking away to be married and celebrating their love. Just the two of them. Riley & Nick chose a special place for them, where they like to visit and watch for Whales. Having a sincere, down-to-earth and simple elopement surrounded by skie and sea at Rocky Bay. Perfect!

Sam & Ollie's Natural Multicultural Elopement

Sam and Ollie had an absolutely stunning elopement in every way! A beautiful blend of traditions, a jaw-dropping red bridal gown and a timeless white wedding gown. Gorgeous ocean views, strolls down dirt crossroads beaneath rolling hills and beside sprawling vineyards. And that cracker sunset to finish it all on the beach. Not to mention the absolutely delicious cake on the clifftops. A perfect, relaxed, intimate and secluded way to tie the knot.

Suzie & Anthony's McLaren Eye Elopement

Nestled in the hills of Kangarlila at the McLaren Eye B&B, with only the resident sheep looking on, Suzie and Anthony married with a secret, intimate and relaxed elopement ceremony. It was a gorgeous place to tie the knot! Lovely rolling fields (with sheep), a little adventure up the hill into a small native forest, and then breaking through to the top where another soft field greeted us. It was a lovely day! Celebrating the love of two amazing people.

Ashley & Ben's Longview Winery Elopement

Ashley and Ben married in an entirely relaxed, simple, sweet, fun and intimate ceremony at Longview winery on a beautifully sunny day. Just the two of them, their witnesses and long views of beautiful hills and vines. Laughing in the slowly setting sunlight and feeding gorgeous white horses carrots. Glass of cool wine to toast and celebrate their marriage, and that they kicked ass to get to this special day. A perfectly beautiful evening. Nothing flashy, just love.

Laura & Ryan's Gull Rock Elopement

Kate and I LOVE how Laura and Ryan described their elopement to us; “extremely intimate and low key with a dash of fun!” A super special and relaxed afternoon shared with their parents, grandma and sister (with Ryan’s brother sadly having to watch from afar in Melbourne). We were all stunned but entirely delighted when instead of the 90%+ promise of raing predicted we had beautiful sunshine! Having Laura and Ryan married just in front of the Port Willunga caves (just in case the rain decided to surprise us out of nowhere and we needed to duck for cover!) We took advantage of the gorgeous clifftops and nearby vineyards nestle under rolling hills and wind swept gum trees as well.

Kayesan and Nick's Adina Treasury Elopement

Kayesan and Nick looked forward to every single special moment shared together on their wedding day. Which for them was an intimate and romantic day all about them and their love. At the beautiful and historic Adina Treasury hotel right in the heart of the city, with gorgeous flowers and special details.

Jess & Anthony's Spring Wedding in the Rain

Spring is a fickle mistress. She promises warmth, new life, the smell of flowers and the welcoming of Summer. But she is also tempermental, opening the heavens for heavy falls and swinging from warm to cold at a moments notice. This year in particular Spring has felt very… well, Spring like. Jess and Anthony’s wedding day had promises of sunshine either side, but the day itself was full of heavy raindrops. Having us push the start time back by one hour so we could all stay dry inside Molldooker’s beautiful walls. There is nothing to fear on a rainy day though. The sound and the smell of it is gorgoeus, and with a little bravery against wet feet we can create some stunning photos, so it almost looks like you’re dancing in the stars. The biggest of congratulations to you Jess & Anthony. Your wedding was beautiful, and we were thrilled to share these special moments with you. xo

Tess & Nick's Intimate Adelaide Hills Elopement

Tess & Nick had a short and sweet holiday in our beautiful state last month, and took the opportunity to marry with an intimate, casual and stress free ceremony. Just the two of them, dressed up beautifully in the natural surrounds of a cosy bed and breakfast in the Adelaide Hills near Hahndorf. With beautiful blooms surrounding us during the ceremony, and plenty of places to stroll for portraits.

Hannah & Taylor's Auchendaroch House Elopement

Auchendaroch house is a beautiful historic property in the Adelaide Hills, and a unique venue to tie the knot. With antique wallpaper and furniture in an oppulant building with manicured gardens right in the heart of Mount Barker. Hannah & Taylor married there with just their closest family, with an intimate wedding ceremony and relaxed celebrations. And of course, many beautiful photos around the grounds inbetween hugs and champagne.

Alice & Geoff's Intimate KI Elopement

Kangaroo Island is a gorgeous part of the world, and in South Australia we are so lucky that it is literally in our backyard! Kate and I loved visiting KI to capture this beautiful and intimate elopement for Alice, Geoff and their gorgeous little one Grace. (How cute is she!?) Their elopement was simple but special, and a beautiful celebration. (Along with a great chance to relax for the week in a beautiful place). The fancy 5 course meal put on after their special day by Kangaroo Island Source was a big standout, and perfect way to end the day.

Bec & Sam's Kangaroo Island Wedding

It was such a treat for Kate and I to be able to travel to KI (for the second week in a row!) to help create and capture a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple. It really is a stunning (& delicious!) part of South Australia. Bec and Sam had a simple, fun and relaxed wedding full of love and laughter! With a private little first look to ease nerves and a gorgoeus ceremony full of tears of joy. The atmosphere created by their closest family and friends was energetic, and travelling to a gorgeous pink salt lake was the icing on the cake.

Saskia & Brett's Small Seacliff Wedding

Saskia & Brett’s wedding was about more than the two of them, it was about their little family and two gorgeous boys as well. On a lush grassy lawn overlooking the sea beside a playground, they got married with their family, children and lots and lots of crispy chips. Yum! In our opinion, one of the best ways to spend your wedding day. Relaxed, and with a focus on what really matters. Love, family, fun and happiness.

Zac & Meaghan's Barossa Valley Elopement

Kate and I loved everything about this elopement, nestled in the gorgeous rolling hills of the Barossa Valley. From the casual yet intimate and incredibly special vibe, to the fact Zac, Meaghan & their 3 “guests” had ample time both before and on the day to tour wineries whilst sampling local produce. A completely fuss and stress free day that lacked absolutely nothing. Good company, stunning surroundings, perfection in the light and time of day, delicious food and nothing but love.

Megan & Keegan's Riverton Farm Elopement

This elopement had some of our favourite things. A beautiful family farm setting, gorgeous florals, rustic gum trees, and a beautiful little gathering of family and friends to witness a beautiful marriage. The thing Megan and Keegan were most looking forward to, becoming husband and wife. With ample photo locations at Megan’s great grandma’s farm from a quarry to beautiful gum tree lined roads, it was a perfect day.

Kaisey & Jess' Gorgeous Gay Elopement in Kuitpo Forest

Kate and I adored being part of Kaisey and Jess’ special elopement in Kuitpo Forest. The early start was worth it, as Kaisey and Jess married with the sun slowly rising behind them, surrounded by beautiful trees. Kaisey’s daughter Aubree was a little star, Jess looked awesome with her suspenders and Kaisey stunning in her dress. Thank you for having us guys! x

Zerebar & Brendan's Colourful Little Wedding at the Jade

Kate and I loved getting to know Zerebar and Brendan, two genuinely kind and loving souls. Their wedding was passionate, soulful, unconventional, informal but stylish and only a little haphazard (but in the best way possible!) Think a mismatch of lovingly gathered and home made fans to combat the heat combined with the eclectic style of the Jade and awesome colourful chairs. A highlight for me was the beautiful traditional welcome ceremony before the official wedding ceremony, and the informal way Zerebar and Brendan arrived together.
