Kate & Luke's Elopement in Nature

One of the reasons I love Sinclair’s Gully (besides being married their myself) is the gorgeous and natural setting. You’re just up the hill from the city and yet you’re surrounded by gorgeous scrub and wildlife. Kate and Luke took advantage of this beautiful space by marrying beneath the ghost gum forest. The classic vintage vibe from outfits to styling perfectly blending with the natural greens. Their day was laid back and simple, and yet elegant. A perfect morning!

Bethany & James' Sinclairs Gully Winery Elopement

James & Bethany’s elopement was filled with love and happiness but also a very relaxed vibe. They celebrated their elopement at Sinclair’s Gully with their close family beside them. Surrounded by natural light, beautiful scrub, and all the best vibes. We loved working with them on all of the details, from styling to florals, venue to video and of course - beautfiul words during the ceremony and photos to remember the day. Everything just felt right and perfect.

Nick & Daria's Kuitpo Forest Elopement

Nick and Daria’s elopement was like a beautiful dream. With Daria’s perfect blue dress, the gorgeous forest and trees surrounding the event, perfect little treats as gifts - everything about the day. It was simple, low key and serene, with just a hint of quirkiness. From the cute blue uggboots to keep Daria’s feet warm to the starwars theme song for their entrance. Top it all off with heartfelt words during the ceremony by word wizard Kate and gorgeous photo locations from the forest, to rolling hills and finishing off at the iconic Port Willunga Beach. It was just a lovely day!

Ashley & Salesi's Port Willunga Elopement

What can we say? But wow! This was such a special elopement and completely beautiful day. Ashley and Salesi are two down to earth, relaxed, fun loving and beautiful souls. Despite a lost (and then found) wedding ring, temporarily replaced by a seaweed wreath, they had nothing but smiles. The picnic that Laura set up was a bohemian dream overlooking a peacful sea. The cake was delicious! And the sunset to top it all off? After an overcast day with a little gap that the sun peeked through on it’s final journey down to the ocean was just spectacular. A dream day. Thank you for having us!

Beth & Tom's Rustic Adelaide Elopement

Beth & Tom’s rustic elopement at Brin Farm in Kangarilla was short, sweet and intimate. And also full of fun and laughter! They approached their marriage in the most beautiful way; relaxed, smiling and happy. Laughing when the beautiful floating arbour joined in with fabric hugs in the wind. A perfect little afternoon in such a stunning location, dressing up, memories, photos, and at the end of their heartfelt ceremony being married!

Meaghan & Luke's Geeky Barossa Valley Elopement

Meaghan & Luke’s elopement was simple, elegant and quiet but had some great elements of geekiness, quirkiness and casualness about it. From Harry Potter to Star Wars, they included cute little touches from many of the geeky things they love. A few geeky photos also made the day very fun! But most important of all, was the ceremony Kate lovingly put together that allowed them to marry their best friend - and spend the rest of their lives together as husband and wife.

Jade & Jake's Bohemian Elopement at Kuitpo Forest

Jade & Jake’s elopement in Kuitpo forest was stunningly beautiful, despite also being wonderfully simple and intimate. A day all about being able to finally call each other “husband” and “wife”, and in Jake’s words, “it completes us”. And what a beautiful family they are with happy little Ryder! From the picnic and bubbles, to the trek up the hill and into the forest for photos. The entire afternoon was perfect. Thanks so much for having us guys! xo

Gavin & Ali's Elopement at Ayer's House, Adelaide

Gavin & Ali had a simple elopement with a classic, elegant and timeless feel - an ode to the classics with a slight “old-fashioned” feel. But in the best possible way! With a stunningly timeless dress, classic car and Ayers House’s beautiful old wordly charm. They celebrated their special day with their family and a relaxed yet romantic ceremony. Followed by a memorable evening dining with their loved ones.

Rachel and Troy's Elopement at Sinclair Gully Winery

Rachel and Troy’s elopement was simple but beautiful, just the two of them in the natural setting of Sinclair’s Gully in Norton Summit. Many tears were shed as they saw each other for the first time all dressed up and ready to commit to each other or the rest of their lives. There ceremony and vows were beautiful and heartfelt, followed by a cute little picnic and bubbles and some couple portraits as the sun went down.

Jayne & Jo's Rainbow Elopement at Largs Bay Beach

Kate and I loved everything about Jayne & Jo’s gorgeous little elopement on the beach at Largs Bay. From their feature rainbow umbrellas to the kind words that they wrote about each and every one of their guests (and that Kate handed to them after the ceremony to read and cherish). And who could forget celebrating their marriage with an impromptu dance party right their on the beach in between first kiss and signing. But most of all, their down to earth, relaxed and kind personalities just made the day!

Abbey & Rudy's Secret Kangaroo Island Elopement in the Rain

This little elopement was full of all the right things. Absolutely stunning views from a perfectly cosy B&B nestled in rolling hills overlooking the sea. Genuine love and excitement to be married and able to call each other husband and wife. A simple, relaxed and easy vibe - no rushing, no pressure. Just a lovely atmosphere and calming, cool white skies.

Heather & Stephen's Belair National Park Elopement

Heather and Stephen had a small and intimate elopement all about celebrating their romance in a calm and natural setting. They pictured their special day happening by the water, and so we chose Belair National Park with a chorus of native birds watching on beside a gentle lake as the sun dipped low and glowed warmly. Such a special evening. xo

Sarah & Kyton's Uraidla Elopement

Sarah & Kyton’s wedding was simple but elegant, with gorgeous details and personal touches. A celebration of getting to marry their best friend, with their closest family members. It was important to them both to involve their families in their special day, as they became husband and wife and started the next exciting chapter of their lives.

Sophie & Russell's Elopement at the Adina Treasurey 1860, Adelaide

The Adina (Treasury 1860) in Adelaide is such a cool and iconic building, full of history and with it’s very own tunnels hidden beneath. A really cool spot to elope if you love classic SA architecture and the soft trickle of a fountain behind you. Kate and I adored marrying these two, watching the love and adoration written all over their faces for each other. Such a special moment and a joy to capture! In Russell’s own words, “about bloody time!”

Riley & Nick's Elopement in Port Elliot - for Just the Two of Them

We love a good old fashioned elopement, it feels so romantic when it’s just the couple sneaking away to be married and celebrating their love. Just the two of them. Riley & Nick chose a special place for them, where they like to visit and watch for Whales. Having a sincere, down-to-earth and simple elopement surrounded by skie and sea at Rocky Bay. Perfect!

Sam & Ollie's Natural Multicultural Elopement

Sam and Ollie had an absolutely stunning elopement in every way! A beautiful blend of traditions, a jaw-dropping red bridal gown and a timeless white wedding gown. Gorgeous ocean views, strolls down dirt crossroads beaneath rolling hills and beside sprawling vineyards. And that cracker sunset to finish it all on the beach. Not to mention the absolutely delicious cake on the clifftops. A perfect, relaxed, intimate and secluded way to tie the knot.

Suzie & Anthony's McLaren Eye Elopement

Nestled in the hills of Kangarlila at the McLaren Eye B&B, with only the resident sheep looking on, Suzie and Anthony married with a secret, intimate and relaxed elopement ceremony. It was a gorgeous place to tie the knot! Lovely rolling fields (with sheep), a little adventure up the hill into a small native forest, and then breaking through to the top where another soft field greeted us. It was a lovely day! Celebrating the love of two amazing people.

Ashley & Ben's Longview Winery Elopement

Ashley and Ben married in an entirely relaxed, simple, sweet, fun and intimate ceremony at Longview winery on a beautifully sunny day. Just the two of them, their witnesses and long views of beautiful hills and vines. Laughing in the slowly setting sunlight and feeding gorgeous white horses carrots. Glass of cool wine to toast and celebrate their marriage, and that they kicked ass to get to this special day. A perfectly beautiful evening. Nothing flashy, just love.

Laura & Ryan's Gull Rock Elopement

Kate and I LOVE how Laura and Ryan described their elopement to us; “extremely intimate and low key with a dash of fun!” A super special and relaxed afternoon shared with their parents, grandma and sister (with Ryan’s brother sadly having to watch from afar in Melbourne). We were all stunned but entirely delighted when instead of the 90%+ promise of raing predicted we had beautiful sunshine! Having Laura and Ryan married just in front of the Port Willunga caves (just in case the rain decided to surprise us out of nowhere and we needed to duck for cover!) We took advantage of the gorgeous clifftops and nearby vineyards nestle under rolling hills and wind swept gum trees as well.
